ABOUT

Tim Schein is an art director and photographer based in London. He studied Marketing and Management at Goldsmiths, University of London, graduating with First Class Honours. During his time there, he was awarded the Outstanding Academic Performance Award and the Outstanding Citizen Award. This degree gave him a strong foundation in brand strategy, psychology and consumer behaviour, and equipped him with the ability to understand audiences and how they respond to products and content.

Tim went on to study short courses in Photography and Styling at Central Saint Martins before completing a Master’s in Fashion Styling, Creative Direction and Digital Content at Istituto Marangoni London. He graduated with distinction in September 2025. His master’s combined practical training in producing fashion shoots for both still and moving image with a focus on culture and zeitgeist. His work also explored the use of AI in fashion image-making, experimenting with new methods of visual storytelling.

Alongside his studies, Tim worked on editorial shoots for Man’s File Magazine and Wonderland Magazine. A highlight of his master’s degree was an internship with Jimmy Choo’s Creative Services Department, where he contributed to major projects including the 2025 Bridal Campaign and a talent shoot with Kim Cattrall.

The combination of Tim’s academic training and industry experience gives him a dual perspective on fashion image-making. His marketing background allows him to approach projects with strategic insight, while his creative work enables him to translate that knowledge into compelling imagery. He is now seeking a full-time role in the fashion industry, with a focus on art direction or photography.
